This layer cake is comprised of a rich chocolate sponge, a caramel beurre salé filling and covered with a whipped dark chocolate ganache. To finish this cake off we top it with caramel popcorn, macarons and a 70% dark chocolate ganache. 
 
The filling on this cake can also be replace with a more fluid chocolate ganache making it a death by chocolate version.
